Shipping policy

Shipping time is 21-26 business days from the date of receipt of the Order. Order to be shipped shall be fully insured by us. We request all customers inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via the following carrier(s).

Packaging

Every jewelry package from us arrives at your doorstep in a secured, durable, tamper-proof packing. Your jewelry item shall be delivered to you in an exclusive Pious BOX along with the relevant certificates & warranty card. (if any). 

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
